Tapan brings more than 25 years of global experience in the technology and analytics services industry leading client advocacy, execution and grooming future leaders. He brings a wealth of experience in helping companies scale in their growth phase. Tapan was most recently Senior VP, Business Analytics & Research with Fidelity Investments, where his team helped business leaders make better decisions with insights from data. He also seeded and scaled data science capabilities with focus on Machine Learning and AI. Prior to Fidelity Investments, Tapan held executive roles in other multinational companies like GlobalLogic Inc. and Infosys Technologies Ltd.

Tapan holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and B Tech from IIT Kharagpur.
